Welcome to Painless Peach Pain Care
At Painless Peach Pain Care, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based pain management that helps patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
We proudly serve patients throughout Northern Arizona with in-person and virtual appointments at our offices in Flagstaff and Prescott. For patients who are unable to travel, we also provide care in assisted living communities and private residences when medically appropriate.
About Our Provider
Providing a High Level of Care
Sandy Adams, MSN, AGACNP-BC brings more than 30 years of progressive healthcare experience, built through dedication, lifelong learning, and a passion for serving patients. She began her healthcare career at a young age as a hospital ancillary staff member and advanced step by step through the nursing profession, earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and ultimately her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).
Since 2019, Sandy has specialized in pain management and has extensive clinical experience in cardiology, family practice, orthopedics, substance use treatment, mental health, and acute patient care. Her diverse background allows her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and beloved fur babies. She loves reading, cooking, playing board games, and taking weekend camping trips, finding balance in the outdoors and the time she shares with loved ones.
As the provider at Painless Peach Pain Care, serving patients in Flagstaff and Prescott, Arizona, Sandy is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care using the most current and appropriate treatment options available. She believes every patient deserves to be heard and encourages open conversations about how chronic pain impacts daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. By taking the time to listen, she develops personalized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life while helping patients remain as active and independent as possible.
Sandy values a collaborative, team-based approach to healthcare. She works closely with primary care providers, specialists, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and interventional pain physicians to ensure patients receive coordinated, comprehensive care that supports their long-term health and wellness. Her mission is to combine compassionate listening with modern, evidence-based medicine so every patient feels respected, empowered, and hopeful throughout their journey toward improved health.

Not all patients have one singular pain area but multiple pain sites, which require a multimodal plan of care and collaboration by all the patient’s medical providers. Sandy Adams, NP, works with all orthopedists, Neurosurgeons, and interventionalist in the area. The goal is to help the patient be as functional and active as possible and have the best quality of life with the least invasive plan of care based on the patient’s current pain syndrome.

Acute and chronic spine pain
We treat a variety of back pain, including acute pain that is temporary and chronic pain such as post-laminectomy pain syndrome after surgery, and chronic degenerative back pain, which is both persistent and involves a long-term treatment plan.
Joint Pain
We treat joint pain related to inflammation or degeneration, usually associated with osteoarthritis, which is treated with injections and various medications
Neuropathies
We treat peripheral neuropathy, which is usually associated with diabetes. Usually is caused by chronically elevated blood glucose. This, in turn, causes numbness, decreased sensation, and pain in the legs, feet, and hands. It is the most common complication but nerve damage is not inescapable
